Learn to use the Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool (BIRT) on IBM Tivoli solutions that employ the Tivoli Process Automation Engine (TPAE). These solutions include CCMDB, MAM, AMIT, and SRM. This course is hands-on and scenario-based, designed for individuals who modify or write reports for the Tivoli Process Automation Engine products. Learn how to access TPAE data and create several types of reports, install and configure BIRT. Report administration and some troubleshooting is also covered.

This basic-level course is for report writers, consultants, project teams and other individuals who modify or write reports for Tivoli Process Automation Engine (TPAE) product offerings using BIRT.
Prerequisites:
You should have basic Java Scripting knowledge as well as experience and a working knowledge of SQL.
