Module 2: Facilitation Skills for Business Analysts (9 Hours)
Program Overview:
Business analysts act as facilitators between stakeholders and developers, playing a crucial role in defining and implementing solutions. This module covers techniques for effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. Participants will learn to conduct information-gathering sessions, facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) workshops, and mediate stakeholder discussions to achieve consensus.
