The Hyoon PMO workshop covers Project Management Office terminology, structure, procedures to build PMO and Program Management. This workshop provides 20 PDU.
Objectives:

This workshop will help in understanding PMO, it’s role in Organization and proper guiding procedures to set up PMO. PMO is responsible for helping project managers to be successful.
