Building Construction Supervisors Safety (Tunnelling) -BCSST

Course details

Every contractor undertaking tunnelling work shall appoint a safety supervisor who shall possess such qualifications as approved by the Commissioner.

Only those who wish to supervise the work under Tunnell can attend the BCSS Tunnlling course

Assumed Skills, Knowledge & Entry Requirement

• Workplace literacy and numeracy Level 4 under Employability Skills System (ESS) or equivalent.
• Successfully completed and passed BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course)

Course Overview

This course is to train persons (construction site foreman and supervisors) who wish to act as Safety Supervisors in the building and construction industry. By the end of the course, participants would be familiar with the hazards and preventive measures for safe work in the building and construction (tunnelling) industry.
