The goal of the Diploma Course is to equip training professionals with a broad range of skills and knowledge to enable them to deliver learning and development activities competently, effectively, and productively. The Diploma Course will provide successful candidates with a qualification that demonstrates that they have reached a high level of competency in the training profession.
This is an internationally recognised qualification that provides clear, up to date, and valued performance standards that will guide candidates to deliver training to an accepted standard. It will equip candidates with the skills, knowledge and understanding that will help them to teach and train effectively.

Candidates should possess good spoken English with Intermediate level of written English.
