Course details
Leadership and communication skills are essential for all doctors and these skills are important for effective interactions with your patients and your colleagues. Leadership in Clinical Practice is a three module programme designed to help you understand the importance of communication, teamwork, personal effectiveness, presentation skills and professionalism. Module I is a prerequisite online component covering areas of patient safety and teaching skills. Module II is a one-day workshop in Communication Skills and Module III a two-day workshop in Leadership Skills.
