Big Data technologies offer businesses the ability to store and process large amounts of data to help gain insights and make key business decisions. A number of free and open source software packages are available facilitate the storage and processing the data.
This course is focus on getting the learner familiar with the concepts of big data, providing an understanding of the available technologies, services and options available to software developers and businesses today. No previous knowledge of Big Data is needed for this programme.
