The BIFM level 6 qualifications are aimed at facilities managers employed at a senior strategic level with responsibility for the strategic review and development of FM service provision. It is also suited to holders of BIFM 5 aspiring to these roles.
Aims of the Programme

- Practical assessment tasks that are work-based, reflecting live business projects and activities are the core assessment techniques used for this qualification.
Entry Requirements
A BIFM level 5 Diploma, an equivalent qualification or a minimum 5 years experience at senior level is advised.
Taking responsibility for and delivering strategic plans that are able to underpin substantial change or development are the everyday focus of senior Facilities Managers. The BIFM level 6 qualifications seek to develop further the strategic skills and knowledge for those facilities professionals working at or aspiring to senior level. Achieving a BIFM level 6 qualification provides the holder with substantial recognition of their ability to think and act strategically together with relevant experience, this qualification opens the door to senior level positions within the FM sector.
