  • Disagreeing and stating your views.
  • Giving and accepting praise.
  • Giving bad news.
  • Contributing assertively at meetings
  • Negotiating assertively.
  • Dealing with non-assertive and aggressive behaviour in others.
  • Tips for dealing with situations we perceive as challenging
