There is no need to torture yourself any more with off the shelf diets from other people. Other diets tell you what to eat for a short period of time so you can quickly lose some weight. Once you are back eating your normal food the lost weight is back in places where you want it the least. When you learn about nutrition and observe how each food affects your body you will be able to put together a food plan that is both delicious and waistline friendly. You will learn to make up your own mind when finding the truth about food advertised on TV and food you put into your body.
Thepurpose of this course is to give you the tools to make betterdecisions about food you eat. Thiswell-organised and easy-to-follow 8 step program "The Healthy Lean Body" is createdspecifically for women who care about what they eat, for women who are ready to put in the time to learn about food and its effect on the body to become energised and healthy. A consequence of a healthy lifestyle is the ideal body. A healthy body just can not be overweight. Get healthy first and the lean body will follow. The course is not for women who rely on slimming pills and liposuction to do the hard work for them. Please note the course is not suitable for men because of the gender differences in storing and burning fat.
