Course details

This course was designed to meet the requirements of STCW section II/4 and II/4. For Junior Ratings who wish to obtain an appropriate certificate in order to perform duties as a rating forming part of a watch. On Completion of this course, Participants should gain the necessary knowledge and Skills to enable them to understand Basic Ship Routines and Procedures and maintain a safe working condition onboard. This course is designed for new entrants to the marine Industry and all ratings and it is to be conducted.

Course contents:

Hand Steering.

Observing, Safety regulations and Environmental regulations.

Participating in oversight and safe watch-keeping.

Working with emergency equipment in different situations.
