Course details

In this course we will take you through the basic steps of running work group or team meetings. We will cover some of the basic pitfalls and good practices you should try to achieve in meetings. There will also be lectures on the type or mode of meetings which can take place, for instance audio or video conferencing, and how to deal with issues arising.
