Course details
This programme will provide learners with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to obtain and retain employment in IT, Administrative or Receptionist/telephonist positions. Alternatively learners will be supported in progressing to Fetac Level 5 courses locally or to further education or training of choice. The programme also aims to provide learners with the opportunity to address personal effectiveness and social skills issues.
