Nursing Leadership Two Day Workshop is designed for nurses who are interested in excelling in a career path, a leader within a health care organization who represents the interests of the nursing profession, an experienced nurse or health care administrator interested in refining skills to differentiate them from the competition or to advance to the next level of leadership.

DAY ONE

3. 9:00 to 10:00 - Weaknesses & Strengths Assessment Tools
     10:00 am to 10:15 am - Tea Coffee Break

4. 10;15 to 11:30 - Nursing Leadership Skill building Tools
5. 11;30 to 12:30 - Developing New Nursing Skills
    12:30 to 13:30 Lunch Break
6. 13:30 to  14:30 - Response to Conflict
7. 15:30 to 16 :00 - Nursing Informatics
    16:00 to 16:15 - Wrap up
