Microsoft Project is a software application that provides project management tools to manage projects. It allows users to understand and control project schedules and finances, communicate and present project information as well as organize work and people to make sure that projects are completed on schedule. Microsoft Project performs important tasks: scheduling, cost control and budget management, resource assignments, quality management, tracking progress and others.

This course is designed to teach project managers how to create, update and manage project schedules with Microsoft Project. Participants will learn how to create new projects, enter tasks, create a WBS, set dependencies, create constraints and deadlines and manage resource assignments.
