The CK Management Trainee Program aims to provide foundation training for entry level Management Trainees in the banking industry. The program can be tailored to meet the requirements of specific organizations. Effective graduate training programs are usually intensive, not very long and are designed to develop the technical as well as the professional skills of the participants.
CK recommends that English language proficiency as well as I.T. and numeracy skills of all Management Trainees be assessed at the outset and if needed an inpidualized study program to bridge identified gaps should be devised and followed to remove such deficiencies during the first year of employment.
