This course provides non finance managers with the opportunity to gain working knowledge about basic budgeting and forecasting principles and concepts. It also throws light on how and why knowledge of budget is paramount for all functional level managers. The course employs Excel modelling techniques to demonstrate the concepts and equips the participants with practical Excel skills to help them perform their budgeting duties.
