Course details

Equips delegates to use our Wave Performance 360 and is open to individuals already trained in the use of Saville Consulting Wave®. The training focuses on how to facilitate effective feedback discussions using our Wave Performance 360 data. Special arrangements can be made for individuals with extensive experience in the use of 360 feedback tools.

The workshop incorporates extensive practical learning and feedback experience to give participants a hands-on insight into using the product and understanding its potential to drive greater team performance.

Objectives
  • Understand the Saville Consulting Wave® Performance Culture Framework
  • Use the Performance Culture Framework Card Deck to profile requirements and effectiveness
  • Learn how to map the Performance 360 dimensions to organisational competency models
  • Interpret the Saville Consulting Wave Performance 360 report accurately
  • Facilitate feedback and discussion around 360 data accurately and appropriately
