Course details

We are pleased to continue the Leadership Development Programme (LDP) in partnership with the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Darden Executive Education has partnered with the BIBF to design a three-week executive programme for talented and outstanding managers from the Gulf region.  The Leadership Development Programme team has created an impactful programme based on action-oriented learning experiences and participant-centered classroom discussions.

Through case-study analysis, participants will explore actual business problems and solutions that will lead them to develop new ways of thinking about their own challenges.  Learning in teams and class discussions offer an opportunity to practice influencing others, understanding different viewpoints, and thinking strategically.

We believe that talented executives require professional executive development that stretch their thinking.  This is the core of the LDP.  It is about the need to provide robust learning experience and quality recognition.
