The ITIL Foundation + Cloud Essentials course allows learners to have a basic understanding of ITIL service management, as well as address the business and technical perspectives of cloud computing in one condensed training course. While learning the core concepts of service management, participants also learn more about how to adopt, operate and govern the cloud. On completion of this condensed course, participants will be able to take the ITIL Foundation Exam and the CompTIA Cloud Essentials™ Exam and enjoy the recognition and benefits of both ITIL and Cloud Computing expertise and professional status.

Course Description:

This exciting and condensed 4-day classroom-based course, fully updated for ITIL 2011, introduces learners to the lifecycle of managing IT services to deliver to business expectations by using an engaging, case study based approach. The course also addresses the business and technical perspectives of cloud computing— how to adopt, operate and govern the cloud.

At the end of the course, learners will be taking 2 exams: One for ITIL Foundation, which is a requirement forentry into the future ITIL Intermediate level training courses, and one for the associated CompTIA Cloud Essentials™ Exam.
