Emotional intelligence (EI) has become well known throughout the business world as a crucial component of leadership effectiveness. This emotional intelligence course will prepare the participants to evaluate their own verbal and nonverbal communications as well as others’. Participants will be able to not only recognize those emotions, but also to manage emotions in themselves and with others. Emotional intelligence increases our capacity to make sound decisions, build mutually supportive relationships, and to handle stress effectively.
