    Depending upon your view, leadership is extremely easy or is very difficult. This is a key point: leadership has everything to do with underlying psychology: are you trustworthy; do you collaborate; do you communicate effectively - do you do these things consistently and do you demonstrate authentic leadership? 

    With authentic leadership, there is no 'fake it till you make it' - it is an ongoing journey of self-discovery as your leadership legitimacy is built on ethical foundations.

    What Can You Expect? 
    This workshop helps you to develop an understanding of your moral compass - your values, beliefs and mindset - the things going on in your head that dictate your leadership style.  Using a variety of assessment toolkits, we then work with you on a confidential 1:1 basis to create an Authentic Leader ;

    Our workshop explores the key aspects of emotional maturity, collaboration, communication, equanimity, ethics, and behaviour. This 3-day experience helps you to reflect on your personal ecosystem - what makes you 'you' - and how to align it to an authentic style of ;
    Content / Syllabus

    Objectives & Outcomes

    • Build an understanding of your own emotional intelligence and how your colleagues perceive you;
    • Explore your inner thinking as you identify and address negative behaviours;
    • Understand why you have certain thoughts / reactions and how they impact your actions;
    • Explore your moral code and check its alignment with your leadership approach;
    • Develop a leadership pathway for you to action; and
    • Nurture your authenticity

    During an intensive 3 days with a focus on self-analysis and reflection, you can expect to realise such outcomes / outputs as: 
    • Individual and 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment;
    • 360-degree assessment of your leadership style;
    • Individual Authentic Leader Questionnaire;
    • A personal Time Line to highlight what determines your behaviours;
    • Networking through the virtual boardroom, leader dinner and virtual classes;
    • 1:1 session with a leadership facilitator to explore and develop your personal leadership development pathway with action plan
    After your exercise journal has been assessed by our Verification Team, we will award you a Certificate of Completion that can be attached to your CV and HR Record and with your psychology assessments and your personal development ; You will be able to refer colleagues or potential employers to Eskil for verification of your understanding.
