ATHE-UK POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA

Course details

Awards for training and higher and education (ATHE) and regulated by OFQUAL in the United Kingdom.
To complete the HND, learners would have to do the level 4 and 5 of the ATHE qualifications.
Level 4 extended diploma which is equivalent to a higher national certificate is a 120 credits qualification. Learners will take 4 mandatory units worth 60 credits in total and a further 4 optional units totalling 120 credits. At the completion of each unit, the student would have to submit an assignment to be assessed. After the completion of level 4 the student will receive an extended diploma certificate in Business Management.
Level 5 Advanced Extended Diploma in Management is a 120 credits size qualification, and is equivalent to a higher national diploma. Students must complete 5 mandatory units worth 80 credits and a further 3 optional units totaling 120 credits to achieve this qualification. Student would have to submit an assignment at the end of each unit. After successful completion of all the 8 modules, an advanced diploma in Business Management.
ADMISSION CRITERIA 

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates without high school but have working experience of 3 years and are 19 years or above can apply

PROGRESSION ROUTE
Learners who complete this qualification can build credits towards the ATHE Level 5 Extended Diploma in Management which provides entry to the final year of a variety of Bachelor's Degree Top-Up Programmes at a higher education institution, including those where we have progression agreements, such as Southampton Solent University, University of Northampton, Anglia Ruskin University, Coventry University and London School of Business and Management, University of business and international studies.  Updated on 03 April, 2018
