Art & Crafts is a one day practical workshop which allows the childcare professional to experience a fresh take on art and crafts. Through the workshop the learner will be able to provide the children in their service with a unique take on seasonal art and crafts.
Entry Requirements
- Entry to this course is by direct application to the college. There are no previous academic requirements.
Course Content Modules
- How to theme your arts and crafts activities to support your yearly, seasonal and monthly curriculum
- How to reuse materials in the child’s environment in a way which supports their learning and broadens their artistic abilities
- How to develop a child centered approach to arts and crafts in the classroom.
