This course is for those looking to learn the art of Authentic Artisan Italian pizza making, from the Italian Pizza Masters themselves at the Professional and Entrepreneurial levels.The Authentic Artisan Italian Pizza program covers three kind of Pizza: Classic Round Pizza, Pizza by the Meter, Pan-tray Pizza, using contemporary process of Long and Cold Rising (Proving) of Doughs, researched, developed and formulated by Master Pizza Maker Angelo lezzi, President of API.
