Art Therapy is a process by which children and adults can gain a clearer understanding of themselves by
exploring difficult thoughts and feelings through the use of art materials. Images can be a way of expressing
thoughts and feelings that are not quite clear enough to be dealt with in words alone.”
- The course will include theory and practice of Art Therapy as well as history and some case studies.
- The experiential art making will be a relaxed introduction to Art Therapy in a group setting.
