Course details

This program is designed to give learners a comprehensive overview of business communications in the Arab world; its scope and importance in business, and the role of communication in establishing a favorable environment inside and outside the workplace.

Arabic for Business Communications provides learners with the required techniques of persuasions on which Arab communicators rely when speaking or writing in Arabic. 

This program focus on the followings, in respect to the Arabic language:

• Listening and speaking skills under pressure in business meetings.
  
• Cultural aspects of business communications with Arab clients.
  
• Running successful interviews and making successful phone calls.
  
• Various types of effective writing including emails, reports, resumes, contacts, etc.
  
• Building interpersonal skills that contribute in establishing professional relationships in Arab countries.
