The Competency Unit (CU) enables inpiduals to acquire the skills and knowledge to apply teamwork in the workplace. The CU specifies the skills and knowledge used by operators in the logistics industry. The CU includes :
- Participate in team establishment
- Participate in developing team culture
- Communicate with team members
- Assist to improve team performance

Upon achieving minimum 75% attendance and passing of assessment, participants will be issued the Statement of Attainment by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.
