This course is designed to provide an overview of major perspectives in structuring an organization, consolidating most important ideas and practices into a concise, power-packed course.
The goal is to cut to the heart of the theories and extract only the most useful, practical, and applicable knowledge, which can begin to be applied from day one of the course.
Those completing this course will have a strong understanding of the main terminology, the most important concepts, principles and practices which are taught in semester long sessions at best Universities around the world.
