This course provides an understanding of the intricacies and complexities of the airside environment and how higher operational efficiency and safety in airside operations and management can be achieved. Relevant technical knowledge, insights and awareness of international requirements and strategies are also covered. This course is Module II of the Airport Ramp Operations and Management training programme.

To fully benefit from the course, participants are encouraged to take Module I which covers foundational concepts before embarking on Module II.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Personnel from civil aviation authorities, airport authorities/operators and organizations involved in airport ground operations or airside safety with at least one year of working experience relating to airside operations and/or management.
