Course Objective

Intended for experienced digital professionals and social media managers, this workshop transcends basic social media tools and techniques. Rather than focusing on trivial features and tools, this course delves into advanced strategies and frameworks to enable you to take your organizations's social media strategy to new hieghts. 

Course Format

Engage: Advanced Social Media Strategies is a full day training course held in Dubai, (Sunday June 2 2013). There will be two coffee breaks in the mid morning and afternoon and a lunch break at approximately 1:00 pm.

We'll begin by understanding how the evolution of consumers and markets has led to the rise of a new type of consumer, the Social Consumer. 

During the workshop, you'll learn how the rise of this new social and connected consumer impacts existing business practices and how companies must adapt in order to remain relevant in a crowded marketplace. We'll navigate across the new customer journey and understand how to leverage social media to engage with customers and prospects at each stage, as well as how to establish a measurement framework to effectively audit and determine social media success. 

Who Should Attend?

This workshop is intended for professionals who are responsible for managing and leading their organizations social media presence to new heights. You are well versed with relevant experience on the core social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs and others. you also have at least a basic understanding of social media advertising, social listening, monitoring, and web analytics.
