This short programme builds on your existing knowledge of the fundamentals of Project Management. It is designed to provide learners with a multidisciplinary approach to managing projects. It will equip you with an in-depth body of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques required for managing large and complex projects.

The techniques learnt can be applied to business, technical and government or community development projects. Case studies give the learner practical understanding and are an opportunity to review knowledge gained.

Our Advanced Project Management programme is endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Business Management (CIBM). Learners will have the necessary knowledge to write PMI's CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) international exam on completion of this course.
