NOSA's advanced SHE legislation courses will provide an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act - procedures and regulations as well as providing the learner with knowledge of the legal liabilities of employers and contractors and an understanding of the difference between common law and legislation.
