Course details
Our advanced pneumatics training course is a continuation of our Basic Industrial Pneumatics Training course. Realistic circuits are a major component, using scenarios participate in design and construct circuits to accomplish the desired task. With our hands-on training equipment, circuits will be developed and built using compressed air and pneumatic equipment in the class.COURSE OUTCOMES
Upon successful completion of this course, the participant can:
- design, assemble, and test complex pneumatic systems
- identify and describe the design, features and operation of specific application
- design and assemble time-dependent circuits and systems
- design and assemble sequence stepper control systems
- identify and resolve the signal interferences
- Quick Review on Basic Pneumatic Course
- Time-dependent Control
- Sequence Operation and Sequential Control
- More on Pneumatic Engineering: Motion Diagram, Command Diagram
- Pneumatic Circuit Performance Analysis
- Problem Solving, Circuit design and Operation
- Detection of Signal Interferences
- Introducing Cascade Method

Upon successful completion of this course, the participant can design, assemble, and test complex pneumatic systems.About Power & Technology Knowledge Center
Powertech started in June 2009 with the goal of providing expert knowledge and excellent customer service in the field of industrial automation.
In 2016, Powertech in collaboration with Parker Hannifin & Eaton, established a training center to boost the knowledge for Pneumatic systems & Explosion Protection in the region.
The current training program involves lectures, text reference material and class participation. That being said, the course is also providing 20+ exercises to practice. It is believed that delegates will have a clear and in-depth understanding when they have a real hands-on experience hence the simulation.
