Course details

This course is designed to provide training for inpiduals who are interested in or currently have a career in the field of Administration or Office Management. Participants in this course will learn effective communication, customer service, phone etiquette and organization skills, amongst a variety of other topics. The course will provide them with the skills and knowledge required to be successful in this profession and will include practice using essential computer software and applications. Participants will also have the opportunity to practice the concepts learned through case studies and presentations.

  • This session gives participants the knowledge and skills to create a variety of presentations for different audiences and purposes. Participants will have the opportunity to create a presentation through PowerPoint and will present it to the class, making use of the opportunity for constructive criticism from the instructor and their peers.
