Course details

This unit addresses the knowledge and application skills to administer employee surveys within an organisation. It includes administrating and monitoring surveys, gathering and managing data and presenting results of surveys.

  1. Administer survey through pre-identified survey channels to elicit feedback from target stakeholders
  2. Use appropriate data management tools and data coding to manage collated data
  3. Monitor survey progress to ensure required data collection for administered survey
  4. Present results to convey analysis of collated survey data
