Unit 1
- Basic Listening Skills, Basic Concepts of individuals Psychology, Origins of individuals Psychology, Adlerian Counselling Process, Introduction to Lifestyle, Family Constellation.
Unit 2
- Long and Short Term Goals, Childhood Memories and Private Logic, Egan’s Counselling Model, Summary of Lifestyle Information, Further Counselling Skills, Lifestyle Assessment.
Unit 3
- Adlerian Counselling Techniques, Emotions, Priorities, Life Tasks, Encouragement, Empathy.
Unit 4
- Advanced Adlerian Counselling Techniques, Social Interest, Applications of individuals Psychology, Applied Encouragement, Integration and Summary, Moving Forward.
