    This programme has been designed to give learners an opportunity to explore personal, social and vocational skills and includes a high level of integration into the local community. Underpinning this programme is New Directions a HSE person-centred service for adults with disabilities. The aim of the Access programme is to equip learners with foundation level personal, social and work-related skills. Learners will progress to greater levels of independence, manage health and well-being, and participate in their own communities, workplaces and society. Access will help you to boost your self-confidence and improve your social skills, enabling you to mix with other people and make new friends. The programme will help you gain a better quality of life.

    National Learning Network provides training and specialist support to people who, for a variety of reasons, may find it difficult to gain employment.
    Whatever ytheir circumstances – whether you are long-term unemployed, have an illness or a disability – National Learning Network can help you overcome obstacles and move forward with ytheir career and ytheir life. 
    Every year, over 5,000 people of all ages and from all walks of life, come to learn and study with us at their training centres which are located in almost every county in Ireland. As Ireland's largest non-governmental training and education organisation, they offer over 70 different training ctheirses from art and cookery to computer and business skills.
    Over 90 per cent of those who completed their programmes last year moved on to employment or to further education and training.
    National Learning Network is the training and employment division of the Rehab Group. they have over 50 years experience in the area of training for employment or further education and benefit from a hugely experienced multi-disciplinary team of nearly 600 teachers, trainers, programme development officers, psychologists, counsellors and employment support staff.
