Eligibility / Requirements
The CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma is equivalent to an undergraduate degree and is the qualification to study if you have some experience in HR and are looking to develop in your career. You will be expected to submit a written assignment at the end of each ;
To successfully enrol on this course, you must have:
- Some HR experience in an entry-level HR role
- Experience undertaking HR-related duties in a non-HR role (, as a manager)
- A university degree and the desire to study HR at a more advanced level than the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate
- IELTS: overall score with a minimum of in each category
- TOEFL: 71 overall score with a minimum of 17 in each category
- Cambridge: Grade C or above
