Our Fitness Instructor Diploma course teaches advanced exercise techniques and supervisory skills.
You'll gain a CIMSPA and REPs accredited Fitness Instructor qualification, the perfect springboard into your new career.
This course provides the ideal route to becoming a Level 2 Fitness Instructor working in a gym setting. You will learn the need to know theory and practical skills to truly stand out in your new role and rapidly become a key member of the gym team.
Once complete you will be awarded our nationally recognised Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness.
This advanced fitness course develops your skills and knowledge in human anatomy and physiology, client interaction and state of the art motivational techniques so that you can deliver the very best gym based service. At the same time you'll acquire the practical skills to design and deliver exceptional exercise programmes for gym members helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Most graduates at the diploma level seek fast-track gym based roles and typically choose to progress onto our Level 3 Personal Training courses.
