Course details

This Level 5 qualification is typically for those working at a middle or senior management level who are responsible for more specialised and complex functions. They are, however also suitable for those aspiring to these roles and looking to stretch and develop themselves.

Pre-requisites

There are no formal entry requirements, but learners will normally have been working or had experience in the field of facilities management.

Validity of Award

This qualification does not expire.

Course Information

Candidates will complete one mandatory unit and a number of optional units to make a minimum of 12 credits.

Assessment

All of our BIFM facilities management courses are structured to offer distance, blended and tutor-led instruction and facilitation. Assessment tasks are both practical and work-based and measured against clear learning outcomes.
