This diploma programme prepares candidates to become practitioners in Human Resource Management to respond to workforce dynamics in modern workplaces, especially at the operational and middle levels of organizations.
The diploma is designed to build the learners' knowledge of business management, technical skills and the capacity to provide seamless human resource expertise in the modern business environment.
