Entry Requirements
The course is open to all with relevant life/work experience. Leaving Certificate standard or appropriate QQI/FET Qualification or equivalent. New to HR or those interested in a move to HR. Line managers involved in HR without a specialist function, and wish to develop skills and knowledge. Competence in spoken and written English.

On successful completion of all assessments learners will be awarded the:
- CIPD-Certificate in Human Resource Practice (CHRP) and may apply for Associate membership of the CIPD
- This qualification is a Level 3 (equivalent to A Level) on the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). This is comparable to Level 5 on the NFQ in Ireland
Progression
Achieving CIPD CHRP certification is proof of your professional achievement, providing you with a solid credential leading to better job opportunities and a well-defined career path - progress to:
- CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management Level 5
- (Equivalent to Level 7 on the NFQ)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt)
- Supervisory Management and Leadership Level 6
