In this diploma, you'll work on the operation and maintenance of a building, learning how to manage a variety of situations incorporating people, location, processes and technology.
The course is designed for people currently working in facilities management within property services who are seeking an academic qualification to enhance their knowledge, skills, and employability. You'll interact with RMIT's experienced facilities managers and engage with industry projects through work-integrated learning.
You will develop skills in the following areas:

managing operational plans

asset maintenance and management plans

workplace safety/safe work practices

preparing and coordinating tenders
