Overview
In this program, you'll work on the areas of operation and maintenance for a building across a variety of situations incorporating people, location, processes and technology.
The program is designed for people currently working in facilities management within property services who are seeking an academic qualification to enhance their knowledge, skills and employability.
You'll work on the operation and maintenance of a building learning how to manage a variety of situations incorporating people, location, processes and technology. You'll interact with RMIT's experienced facilities managers and engage with industry projects through work-integrated learning.
How you will learn
You will have access to the Learning Hub and other online and digital resources through the myRMIT student portal.
As part of your studies you will work with the RMIT property services team gaining first-hand experience in running complex facilities.
Ongoing assessment throughout the semester includes examinations, essays, reports, oral classes, presentations, group projects, research projects, and practical assignments.
