This programme covers coaching and mentoring plus consultancy skills for learning and development professionals. We take the best-in-class theory and approaches and help you apply it to your organisation. Learning alongside other professionals, you will be taught by lecturers with years of practical experience.
Who is the course for?
This part-time course is suitable for those who are working in HR / Learning & Development.
The course is not suitable for those who have already completed the CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development.
Award and Progression
Graduates will receive a CIPD Award in Coaching and Consulting. A separate fee (currently stg£30, but subject to revision) must be paid directly to CIPD at the start of the course. Note that CIPD Awards are not of sufficient length to lead to CIPD Associate Membership, but learners can gain exemption from this module on the Diploma in Learning and Development, which will leads to Associate Membership.
Entry Requirements
There are no specific academic requirements with applicants considered based on relevant work and other experience.
