     Change Management Practitioner Course:

    This Change Management course provides practical knowledge of Change Management Techniques and prepares you for the Practitioner certification. You will explore the application of various Change Management techniques across different contexts, focusing on how to tailor Change Management guidance to specific organizational change situations. A successful Practitioner candidate will gain the ability to start applying Change Management approaches to real change initiatives, though their effectiveness will depend on their expertise, the complexity of the change initiative, and the support available in their work environment.

    Additionally, this course prepares you for the APMG Change Management Practitioner exam. As part of the course, daily homework assignments and practice quizzes will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared. The Practitioner-level exam is conducted at the end of the second day of the Traditional Classroom course, while Virtual Classroom participants must schedule their exams separately after course completion.

    • Objective Testing Exam (OTE) with multiple-choice questions

        • Glaser and Glaser 5 elements
        • Tuckman's model of team change
        • Bion and Turquet's leadership issues
        • John Adair model
    4. Organization Change Practitioner:

      • Strategic change processes and essential characteristics
      • Tools for managing complex change
      • Approaches for implementing successful change
    5. Application of Change:

      • Leadership approaches, roles, and styles for leading change
      • Overcoming pitfalls linked to key organizational metaphors
    6. APMG Change Management Practitioner Exam Preparation:

      • Review and practice with APMG sample questions and test papers
      • APMG Change Management Practitioner Exam
        • Traditional Classroom: Exam taken and submitted for marking
        • Virtual Classroom: Exam scheduled separately after the course
