Change Management Foundation Course:
This course provides practical knowledge on Change Management Techniques and prepares you for the Foundation Certification. You will examine various Change Management techniques and explore their effective implementation in your organization. The structured approach helps you understand how to deal with change as an individual, a team member, and a leader. The program design explores the impact of change on four major areas:
- Individual Change
- Team Change
- Organization Change
- Leadership and Change
Additionally, this course prepares you for the APMG Change Management Foundation exam. Since a primary course goal is to achieve the Foundation Certification, course texts will be provided in advance, allowing participants to begin studying. Daily homework assignments and practice quizzes will also be included. The Foundation-level exam is taken at the end of the third day of the Traditional Classroom course, while Virtual Classroom participants must arrange their exams separately after course completion.

Eligibility / Requirements
