I am commerce graduate and want my career in banking and finance sector. Presently I am working as a payroll clerk and have no experience in accounts, kindly suggest the best course for me.

Dear Mohammed,Manual and Practical accounting with Tally is a good course to start with.Financial Excel is mandatory.Also In Banking knowlege of Oracle financials is advantageous.Hence the Oracle PL/Sql is goos as it is a prerequsite for Oracle Financials.

Since you already have a background in Commerce and have completed your Bachelors plus have experience in the given field, a more well-rounded knowledge-based qualification would be the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) - well recognized in the U.A.E. as well.

If you want to start your carrer in Banking sector go for FRM or if financial segment go for CPA.
