- Establish team leader’s learning priorities
- Support team leaders in writing learning and development plans
- Facilitate learning opportunities of team leaders to address skills needs
- Provide resources and support for learning and development
- Coach team leaders to establish clear coaching goals and timeframes
- Review coaching outcomes against coaching goals
Target Audience
- This course is suitable for Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers, Departmental Heads and those who hold leadership position in the company.
Assessment and Certificate
- Case studies and written assignments form part of the assessment requirements
- Upon successful completion, participants will receive the WSQ Statement of Attainment
